Q: What is the advantage of staying in a villa as opposed to a hotel?

A:  Hotels can be quite expensive – especially during holiday/vacation times.  For the cost of a hotel room you can stay in our luxurious, fully equipped villa with your very own pool and spa, games room, TVs/DVDs, board games, Playstation 2 etc. and with the larger facilities of the clubhouse with gym, pool, arcade games room, tikki bar, tennis courts, volley ball court, woodland nature walks etc. just down the street.  Sitting on the extensive south facing deck at any time of day or evening in your own space, with a long cool drink, after a long day in the parks.  What can be more enticing?

Q: What rooms and beds do you have in your villa?

A:  2 King Master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, 1 Queen bedroom, 4 twin bedrooms and 2 ½ more bathrooms.  All rooms are furnished to a very high standard as you can see from the pictures.
(Standard King bed usually 6’8 x 6’4 and Queen 6’8 x 5’).

Q:  Do you have facilities for younger children?

A:  Yes, apart from the pool toys and safety fence, there is a collapsible playpen/crib and high chair supplied.  If any other facilities are required, these can organised before your arrival.

Q:  Do you have safety measures around the pool area?

A:  There is a pool safety fence, but there is still plenty of room left on the deck for children to play    safely.  There are also safety bars that can be locked in place on the patio doors.

Q:  Is there heating available for the pool?

A:  Yes, there is an extra charge for this, but being a south-facing pool (with a cover provided) during the months of April – October it shouldn’t really be needed.

Q:  We do not know how to look after a pool – is there any help with this?

A:  You do not need to worry about that at all.  The management company will set it up for you and deal with the balancing and cleaning etc.  They will also be available should you need any further help.  We do not encourage anyone to touch or tamper with the machinery, in fact there will be a fine imposed should anyone does so.

Q:  Will the house be cleaned before we arrive?

A:  Yes, of course, it will be cleaned by professional cleaners and should you need a cleaning service during your stay, this can be arranged at additional cost with the management company.

Q:  Will we get directions on how to get to the villa?

A:  Yes, there is a map of the larger area where the resort is on this site, and we will give directions to the house from the security gate when we finalise the booking, then you will also receive lots more useful information.

Q:  How do we get the key or get access to the house?

A:  You will be given an personal access code to the key-pad lock-box in the front porch.

Q:  Is smoking allowed in the villa?

A:   No, it is a non-smoking environment, should you wish to do so you can smoke outside on the deck away from the lanai, provided caution is exercised - also in the sensible disposal of cigarette butts.

Q:  Can we take pets?

A:  No, we have a strict no-pets policy.

Q:  Can more than one family or group rent the house?

A:  Of course, the house sleeps 14 comfortably. 

Q:  If we have any problems or need advice regarding your home while we are there, is there any help available?

A:  Whilst you are there you will be given an information book by the management company with their helpline number for any queries or emergencies you may have.  If you need to speak to us direct our number from the USA is (01144) 1268 726239 (please remember the time difference – UK is 5 hours ahead!) and our email address is bedwellsj@yahoo.com.

Q:  What can I do if I need to email or use Internet or fax while I am there?

A:  We have installed the Internet with Wi-Fi facilities, for faxes you can use the machine in the clubhouse with no problem.
